Helping To Navigate COVID-19 Relief Benefit & Funding Programs

As business restructuring advisors, we can help your business overcome the economic challenges presented by the COVID-19 outbreak. We guide you through complex relief funding options uniquely available to your business from the Federal and State governments.

Our nation's small businesses are facing an unprecedented economic disruption due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Companies that depend heavily on consumer spending and tourism are especially troubled. Restructuring advisers expect retailers — whose financial position was already stretched because of the rise of e-commerce — to run into further trouble as people cut back on shopping. Restaurants and lodging establishments are among those suddenly short on cash, with travel and outdoor activity at a standstill and unemployment soaring.

On Friday, March 27, 2020, the President signed into law the CARES Act, which contains $376 billion in relief for American workers and small businesses. The CARES Act programs to address the COVID-19 outbreak including the Paycheck Protection Program, EIDL Loan Advance, SBA Express Bridge Loans and SBA Debt Relief.

  • The Paycheck Protection Program provides loan forgiveness for retaining employees by temporarily expanding the traditional SBA 7(a) loan program.
  • The EIDL Loan Advance Program will provide up to $10,000 of economic relief to businesses that are currently experiencing temporary difficulties.
  • The SBA Express Bridge Loan Program enable small businesses who currently have a business relationship with an SBA Express Lender to access up to $25,000 quickly.
  • The SBA Debt Relief Program provides a financial reprieve to small businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic
